What are your emergency services hours?

As of now, we are not providing 24/7 emergency services, but we are expecting to expand our resources in the future to offer round-the-clock care. Currently, our emergency services are available during our regular working hours: Monday-Saturday (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM) and Sunday (10:30 AM - 12:00 PM).

Do I need an appointment for a checkup?

While we accept walk-ins, we recommend booking an appointment to minimize wait times and ensure Dr. Deepa can give your pet the attention they deserve.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept only Cash and UPI.

Do you provide home visit services?

Yes, we offer home visit services for senior pets or those with mobility issues. Please call us to schedule a home visit appointment.

What should I bring for my pet's first visit?

Please bring any previous medical records, vaccination history, current medications, and a list of any concerns or questions you have about your pet's health.
